Paula's Dip Recipe

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 16 oz. container sour cream
3-4 Tablespoons Sofrito Verde (to taste)
3-4 Cloves of Garlic (to taste)
Pinch of salt if desired

Soften cream cheese and whip till smooth. Add sour cream set aside. In a non-stick pan saute' Sofrito Verde and garlic for about a minute. Cool completely.

Mix the Sofrito Verde, and garlic mixture into the sour cream and cream cheese. Add pinch of salt if desired . Place in refrigerator for one hour or leave overnight for flavor enhancement.

Makes 1 quart. Serve with carrot sticks, celery, peppers, pretzels etc.
